The villa was clean and well maintained during my stay.
Our check-in process was an absolute nightmare, with the front desk demanding that each house have a designated person present, which wasted valuable time. On top of that, one of our rooms had a disturbing infestation of ants and wasps, requiring more than two hours to receive a new room. The air conditioning barely worked on the second floor, forcing us to rely on fans instead. To make matters worse, when we requested a later check-out to compensate for our troubles, they flat-out refused!

staying at this resort was a delight because it placed me just a short walk away from Buttermilk Falls and the charming Antoine Dutot Museum and Gallery, making my city strolls even more enjoyable and enriching.

The staff promptly addressed our request for repairs, showing great responsiveness. The kitchen was equipped with essential items and had upgraded granite countertops, which added a nice touch. Check-in was delayed significantly, which was frustrating after a long journey.

Spacious two-bedroom units near the river were convenient for families! The updated kitchens made cooking enjoyable, and we savored relaxing mornings by the outdoor picnic area (perfect for breakfast! ). The indoor pool was a hit with the kids! !
The furniture felt a bit worn-out, particularly the couches, which could use an upgrade for more comfort. Also, a clearer check-in process would help future guests navigate the concierge area better.
